HOW WE WORK IN ICOM

  • R&D

    Continuous process and product development to match the increasing demands of the market

  • DESIGN

    ICOM designs its washers following customer’s requests.

  • MANUFACTURE

    Metal frame assembly, painting, mechanical construction, machine assembly, piping & wiring is carried out in ICOM plant Italy.

  • WASHER AND PROCESS VALIDATION

    Washer is tested and process is validated with customer.

  • SHIPMENT

    After validation the Washer will be disassembled, shipped, reassembled and commissioned at customer plant, wherever required.

FEASIBILITY STUDIES

All projects undergo a feasibility study in order to find and propose the best suited technical solution to fulfil technical requirements and customer expectations.

The studies consists in:

  • Study of the process using our CAD equipment
  • 3D modelling

Laboratory Test

New washing processes can be tested with ICOM lab’s multi-functional washer. Washing results are then evaluated in our lab facility, where we carry out particle size and count analysis, gravimetric tests, borescope check for deep cavities.

  • Weight and size of the dirt particles
  • Kind of pollutant
